People with efai are typically impaired in their hep muscle strength, particularly aduction strength but also abduction and extension strength. So we it's really important to incorporate strength training for the trunk as part of their intervention if you're targeting their impairments. The other thing that's really important is to incorporate some sort of progressive physical activity or cardio vascular loading programm. And i think we shouldn't be afraid of using manual therapy in people with f ai because typically they do have a lot of associated pain through soft tissues around the hip. O, i think don't be scared to use  manual therapy, but also recognize that it's not the number one part of your treatment
