The Importance of Senior Pastors in Missions

I think honestly in a lot of churches, the missions community feels ignored by the senior pastor. There's usually some other missions advocate. So that's why I think if you're listening to this and you're the sole pastor at your church... You yourself should be the leading advocate to get money out of your economy, of your church and into work of the Lord's elsewhere.
