Is the Fed Dug In?
The Fed announced in November that they were going to start raising rates, we didn't see them raise rates until January. It seems like the Fed, and you know better, you tell me, but it seems likes the Fed won. Paul: I'm pretty sure they're going to try to keep rates high throughout next year. The clear policy here was to keep buying mortgage-backed securities housing when the housing market was going up 20% a year.
