Rick Steves: The cost of the Bureau of Meteorology's rebranding was reported to be $220,000. He has found out it is closer to $750,000 and some of that work was completely unnecessary. EY Sweeney hired on a $93,000 contract to conduct market research regarding the rebrand; they found just 15% of people recognized them as the Bureau. More than 60% associated bomb with the Bureau of meteorology.
