Is There a Culture of Intermarriage?
I can't pick up the New York Times and read stories about race without seeing very aggressive affirmative nods towards racial identity. And I suspect that the tendency is more in that direction, especially amongst elites. That's where the talking heads are going. The elite Democratic Party-based advocacy community is going. So my long run forecast is that we won't be able to have this conversation in 55 years.
