Bonds Are Not Attractive at This Point and Time

In april of 81, i bought millions of dollars of leveraged bonds when they were trading at 18 %. When regan came into office, there was a moment a few months later where interest rates went down to 12%. And so the return was the single greatest return i've ever made on an investment. But oddly enough, in a funny way, markets adjust. If the bond rates are going to give you x, then there are places within the equity where you're goin to earn a lot more.
