The Importance of a Long View of Life
It was about 10 years after I became a Christian that she came into my life and it was through us working together in women's ministry in the PCA. Her influence on me was just remarkable, but gradually I came to understand her love had just unfolded me. So it was not formal. It was very relational and informal, but at the same time there was deep content there and she was teaching me much. And it's one of the reasons that I feel so strongly about older women, discipling younger women.
