Electric Vehicles Are Taking Off in India, Right?

Johan Bregenas is the senior vice president of oceans at the World Wildlife Fund in the US. He says electric vehicles are taking off in India, but they're mostly moped and three-wheeled rickshaws. There are only 22 cars per a thousand people in India compared with 980 cars per thousand Americans. "It would be huge to get all these bikes to electric," he says.
