Is There Evidence That Legalization of Mariana Is Increasing the Black Market?
Is there any evidence that this is actually decreasing the black market? Well, i think one of the first places that you look at is not that i'm a huge fan of the d a andthe ther dad analysis sometimes. And you've seen a marked reduction by the cartels shifting exactly, you know, from canabas into other drugs. Drug prohibition itself has allowed the drug trafficking organizations and the bad actors. I think that's the thing that that is the most harmful right now,. We're seeing it play out in our fetinal policy right now.
