"We really want to love people and so I'm always asking the question what is the most loving thing for this new Christian or someone who's just engaging with the gospel for the first time," she says. "Where they're coming from is not regular Sunday church attendance regular growth group attendance where they're even just what you do and in that space is familiar yeah none of that is familiar" She adds: "It would be like if you'd never I skated before and they'd be expected to just be part of a regular ice skating team it just it's so foreign to your experience it's not loving"
