The Correlation Between Wealth and Kindness

In my experience, there's almost an inverse correlation between the oppressiveness of the government and the kindness and openness of the people. And like I said, it's not just true for, for Burma, but everywhere. More money people have the more suspicious they are, the more protected they are. Whereas places he've been that have been very poor. That's where the people are most open and invite you into their house and they're not worried. They're not suspicious. They're kind of fearless in this beautiful, innocent sort of way.
