The Pros and Cons of Ritual Design
Ritual design is the study of how rituals can create an inclusive environment, bring people together through community but also have a lot more meaning to their daily lives and build up that motivation as well. I think after hearing this episode people will start seeing rituals everywhere popping up. We've managed to capture their attention for five minutes and once installed why should they continue listening to the end of the episode? What is the opportunity or promise of ritual design? It came from a little bit of like disenfranchisement with the way that I was working in the companies that he was working for.
