The Importance of Gradual Emergence in Implant Restorations
What would be considered more appropriate is a restoration that doesn't have significant cavities because those become harder to maintain. Sometimes you'll have to emerge in a certain way that you will create these kind of concavities. But whenever possible, it's important to look at it from, I sometimes refer to it as a golf tee. It has to have this gradual emergence that is more divergent than converge.
