Is Your Company Inculcating and Spreading Values?

I think it's a very, very valid point that people can choose to work in certain countries. But having said that, if anyone has given an opportunity or asked to move to a different country, I think it's extremely important for that person to be able and to feel empowered enough to say no. You know, it's not just a question of safety. It's also their personal values may not align with the country, right? Irrespective of the company values, I was once in a country where I was asked to work for an industry and the values of the industry didn't align with my values. This is where values matter. And this is where values expressed by senior people matter
