If you're getting 200 thousand dollars, you buy a property for 200. So the same example here, ou no ten % rate of return. Ye. And with with stocks, most stocks that are growing, do not pay dividends. I think apple does pay a small dividend. You can buy some more. A bad example, james saidno, i did actually look up or they di they wasn't that much to and they hav they have to start paying dividends. They dn't t know why. Ah, but most growing companies are just going to be reinvesting capital in the business. The only way you make money is when you sell the stock.
