The Power of Movement

I've never done Tai Chi or Chi Gong, but there is a way similar to meditation to access these flow states that are deep inward connection and presence through movement. So I've been playing around with integrating sort of calisthenics, yoga, sort of what I would perceive to be Taichi or Chi Gong just like moving around. And it's had a lot of fun doing that and a ton of alleviation of just like mental suffering and being able to connect with creativity.
