Chilean President Paul Schafer Has Direct Support From Pinochet

Paul Schafer now has the direct support of the unquestioned dictator of the entire country, Augusto Pinochet. So any locals who might feel inclined to complain about the situation at this point are not just running up against the fact that this is their only hospital in the area and whatnot. These people have money. And I got nothing but respect for anybody who survives that. Incomprehensible. Good Lord.
