The Differences Between Education and Software

I've noticed an intentional push from the thought leaders and the people writing to create this psychologically safe environment in a software team. And I don't know if other teams outside, like if law firms or doctors offices do this kind of thing. But for the most part, I think the companies that I've worked with have been walking the walk and talking the talk and living their values. When I started my role that I'm at right now with Thrive, that's something that I looked for actively and asked for, and I refuse to compromise on.
