Is Your Parents a Rich Agent?

Being an asian was like conflated with my being not rich. So it suddenly became a class thing as much as an ethnic thing. Like i was shocked every time i saw an agiant adult who spoke fluent english. My parents would like, make me call time woner all the time. And you're so frustrated. But you feel guilty for feeling frustratedas you are in such a place of privilege that you have access to that language. I think i just felt very protective of my parents, and i never wanted some one to look down on them they couldn't speak english.
