There are two types of institutions or two categories of institutions. One is sort on explicit competition and one that's sort of an explicit competition, right? When you have explicit competition, the locus of competition is just doing the thing,. There's a thing that you need to do and it's almost much more scientific in that you want things to be falsifiable. In implicit competition, this is basically reversed; there's very little measurement of whether you actually do the thing.
