A exhausted, weary, defeated sinners don't need cheer leading and they din't need scolding. If if the service starts off on the wrong note, then you're already having barriers by the time you get up to preach. So it elly, i strongly agree, it really matters thos first two minutes, the tone that the pastor sets.
