The Importance of Process Science
The idea behind process science is that, if you have enough structured process data, you're able to observe the same types of situations and get the same results. So it's the basis to say that consulting could be automated because if I have some process findings in one context or one business or one segment, they should apply. Equally to another context and people can read the findings behind process work and be able to get similar results. It's suggesting to people that you don't have to recreate the wheel every time with your process work or your concept. You should be able to have consistent outcomes," he says.
