A Review of a Fever of Unknown Origin
A fever of unknown origin review in the New England Journal from Doctors Hilar and Singh. I think there are also a lot of really helpful components of the paper for learners as you're trying to categorize or think of these, we often say like buckets of FUO. So my last paper that I had was a very simple paper and was a European study in clinical microbiology and infection. And it kind of tells you what you want to hear in some ways. It's not groundbreaking, but it does challenge the dogma,. oh, once I've started an antibiotic course after finish it through, and it challenges that concept.
