The buyer who hires you, they get to see that report. That almost seems like a really good due diligence. So there are 45 60 pages of like, these are the things we like about the business. This is the value range that we give it. They're able to take that and then apply it to their business. And I think there's different scenarios where this makes sense from a buyer perspective too. Like our goal is to help you understand what is a fair, reasonable value for the company.
