I Don't Think Rhetorical Questions Are Arguments

There's still not an identity relation between the two. A conditional statement has content, and the question is trying to get information. There could be other steps in the argument that are sort of unstated by that one question. So there's a lot of different reasons why I don't think that rhetorical questions are ultimately, or they even can be arguments.
