Introduction
This week we look at the difference between a product owner and a process owner. A client had trouble replacing an old system that they wanted to replace, but were having real trouble actually doing it. They appointed two people who could make decisions about which one of them should be used first. After three months there was no change in how things worked on the new system. So what did this do? It led us to rethink our own approach to agile systems.
