The Sixday Age

The sixday age shifts into the lean and slippered pantaloon. Then aso der, full of strange oaths and bearded like the pard. And then the justice in fair, round belly with good capon. Last scene of all that ends this strange, eventful history is second childishness and mere oblivion. It's a rather gloomy view of the final stage. But if one is active and creative in mind, one can triumph over the infirmities of old age.
