The Problem of Quantity Individuation
How do we know whether a reaction is produced by conscion, consciously or unconsciously? We have to accept that there's a lot of unconscious mental activity which could be producing the same report. The question is whether those two measurement pocidures, or detection procedures, measure different things with different degrees of accuracy. And that's a huge problem.
