Is There a Cap on How Much Money They Can Give?
The row decision and the west virginia case are kind of on everyone's radar, but i just want to bring folks attention to a couple of other cases. The court ruled that basically, candidates can give their campaigns personal loans and then pay themselves back with interest. And and that then you have justice thomas referencing that case as a valid precedent to say that a being an american means being able to carry a gun around in public. Just a lot of, a lot of gros shit happening.
