When the events grow, you have to obviously grow the team quite quickly and it is really like sort of an accordion mentality. It's a swapping time for money business, not a commercially profitable enterprise that can easily work without you in it. I mean, I'm not saying that it's still not a profitable business,. Not a great business, but it is not leveraged. It is a business that will always need Jay's brain.
