The seven day Adventists in the United States are unlike the Jehovah's Witnesses interested in politics. Ellen White said it was even a sin to vote and you know, all kinds of stuff. They were totally apolitical initially because time was going to hand,. So why get involved in politics? But then Ellen got involved when you get into the 1860s in health reform. And she started going around to the churches pushing her health reform.
