The Havantite Project - A Good Example of a Belt and Road Project
The port of hambantosa and southern shalanca is a good example of a belt and road project at isn't that? In 20 17, the the project was kind of running out of money. And so they basically signed a lease to a chinese company for 99 years to operate the ports in exchange for about a billion us. Dollars. But it's also more of an example of shalanka borrowing beyond its means and not necessarily managing these huge projects very well.
