I don't think I had to go, I haven't rented up an apartment for a while. One of the reasons is just the demand, you know, the level of demands that obviously often it's work related or career related. And as a result, it's sort of a landlord's market in the sense that they can pay, they can charge more and more money. There's a lot of competition between tenants. It can take you quite a long time before you find a good apartment, because there's so many other tenants out there. So that can be difficult.
