Loyalty base administration works that way. People will be working in your favor day and night, not because they're afraid of you, but because they absolutely adore you. Nobody likes being controlled, even by a loving controller. If the baby could have desired milk, the milk would have come. But without even desiring it, the milk comes. This is loyalty based administration of the baby. It's not control freak behavior. Otherwise you can get compliance, but only when you're watching. The moment you turn your head and you're not watching, they're sabotaging you.
