Every time you interact with buyer, that has to be justified. What are they getting out of it that's going to help them make progress toward making a decision? That's the term I've been using recently. The more intentional you are, the more you have an idea of what you want to achieve. If you can't answer those questions, don't waste your own time and attention as a seller.
