There's a really nice study from again from Daniela Yucubovic and her colleagues. The system is optimal when our behavioral patterns, our behavioral timing is in sync with our circadian timing. And after the kind of high energy protein and fat breakfast, you had a suppression of growland after the 16 week intervention period of about 45% compared to about 30% in just the low carb group. But most interestingly, that effect is then persisted over a follow-up period and correlates with continued weight loss.
