The Truth About Diet Culture and Executive Function

There's so much like flimblam out there and especially when it comes to nutrition, right? Everyone has their opinion. Everyone has what they think is the right way to do things. And often that comes from like personal experience, right? Like this works for me, so I'm not working for everyone. But even well-thorsed information can be clouded by diet culture and fat, phobia or any other kind of fear factor. So yes, there are foods that can be helpful and it tends to not be the focus until later on.
