China's New Target in Foreign Policy

President Xi Jinping specifically named the US and its policies as challenges for his government. Wang Yi, now China's top diplomat and former Chinese Foreign Minister, visited Europe before coming back for two sessions. He made it very specific that in this year, 2023, he sees great momentum in China-Yiyu relations. I think that also underpins China's new target in terms of foreign policy this year.
