Democratic Gov. Josh Shapiro of Pennsylvania says he'll sign two gun bills into law. But there is still a intensely Republican state Senate that these laws would have to clear if they have a hope of getting to the governor's desk and becoming law. "I think that what we saw here were Republicans in some cases actually trying to play ball a little bit," CNN's John Sutter said.
