Alexa is an obvious place to use this incredibly powerful technology. But it can be used in many other places, right, some which don't yet to be found. The challenge with the Lexer and Google Assistant platforms is that you don't have any control really over the customer experience. And so a lot of companies were hesitant to go ahead with Alexa and Google Assistant.
