Anchovy and the Fear of Seizures

The fear has led to this whole brand new lake wave of anxiety in my life. i just never know when it's going to happen, cause it happens as randomly as like, probably seizures. I don't have seizures, so i hope i'm not offending anyone with that. But it really, it just happens for absolutely no reason. Since ever since i figured out my upside down trick, i have never had it happened for longer than two minutes. So she did show up once when her heart rate went from normal to off the charts high.
