OCaml Integration With Emacs

OCaml is a programming language that uses pointers to bits of code. It's common for programs to call back and forth between two different runtimes. OCaml can do this without writing any Python because there are lots of OCaml developers developing libraries useful to Python programmers who themselves basically don't use Python at all. The bugs that we actually encountered was because you had a cycle between the Python and the OCaml runtime. And so we noticed it pretty quickly and fixed the thing.
