How to Train for Bouldering

Training for bouldering can seem a lot more simple at first because they're sort of less to focus on, but I don't think that that's actually the case. We're predominantly concerned in bouldering with strength and power. My first kind of thing that I really try to instill anytime I'm programming or coaching somebody for bouldering or training for bouldering myself is to really value effort and trying hard, like 110% effort.
