When covd hit a, we took our then 450 staff and everybody went home. So i spent a lot of time in the office during covad by ourselves. And so how would you help somebody get their head around this level of communication with people? There's an advantage to letting people entor your personal environment. Ifwe see your values and they are line with ours, we trust you immediately. You don't need to say anything. It's rather like that thing of late, tell me I can trust you without telling me i can trust you. How how would that be?
