As an organization grows, a management style will permeate and its con involve whether you're intentional about it or not. The end of the week meeting is really people showing what they did that week. And then anybody can step up to potiam and show off what they do that week. It's pretty informal but we cap it with a photo at the end of the company all-hands day.
