Welcoei: I think it's a nego thing. People very high up wanting to have their finger prints and taking a big swing, but like, at least feeling like they're doing something. And in that there's like so much work that has already gone into it, and there's so much affinity for the h b obrand, that it just isn't logical. It doesn't make business sense. So i do think it's like people at sort of the end of their career, seeing it's like the last thing, that opportunity that they have to make a impact. But you also need to stick with it,. There needs to be long gevity.
