The Future of Beer

Liquid hop extracts have seemed like they've exploded over the past, I don't know, maybe 10 years or so. As brewers themselves move beyond brewing to make ciders and seltzers and all those things, they're going to be looking for different ways to get the flavors that they want. And hopefully hops will play a major role in that. All these different flavors that hops contribute to beer, are there other uses for them? Like you said, in cider and other beverages,. That was actually a question my wife asked me the other day.
