Suspense Cleans Up Effects
Suspense is a way of making an effect that doesn't depend on anything being rendered. The mark down example needs to render in order to add the inneractivity. But in that case, it is ready to render the first step. O bill, doesn't have the same benefit. You can't turn em into steps that suspend, because you rely on the rendering output.
