Civic Gifts and Intercultural Gifts

For me, civic gifts was extremely important. I think almost all politics happens locally at one point or another. Not everybody is encouraged to utilize their gifts within that local community civic setting. Intercultural gifts really acknowledge those gifts of language, of culture and the ability to understand those differences. And for me, right now, if I could increase a gift magically in everyone in the United States, that would be one of the ones I would choose.
