Leadership Is a Ministry

There are two types of motives that you lay out in your book. One is reward centered, what do i get from being a leader? And responsibility centered, which is, i feel responsible for this opportunity, for this role in leadership, for the people that are under my care. If if you start with the wrong motive, and we talk about how you don't, it's not binary. It's not like you're born one way or you're born the other way.
